How do I restore my Premium purchase on a new device?

Open the app, go to Profile โ†’ Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. Open Settings โ†’ your name โ†’ Subscriptions on your iPhone, choose Enigma Premium, and tap Cancel. You'll keep Premium access until the end of the paid period.

How do I switch decks or change the app language?

Decks are selected in Profile โ†’ Card Deck (Tarot and Playing Cards are part of Premium). The app language is in Profile โ†’ โš™๏ธŽ โ†’ Language โ€” Enigma speaks 16 languages.

Daily reminders aren't showing up โ€” what should I check?

First make sure notifications are enabled in Profile โ†’ Notifications inside the app, then check iOS Settings โ†’ Notifications โ†’ Enigma and confirm Allow Notifications is on. If both look right and reminders still don't arrive, email us with your iOS version.

Where is my data stored?

Everything you create in the app โ€” readings, journal notes, favorite quotes โ€” is stored locally on your device only. We don't run accounts, analytics, or tracking. Details in our Privacy Policy.

Are the readings real predictions?

Enigma is a space for reflection, not fortune-telling. Cards, the oracle, and numerology are designed as prompts for self-discovery and are offered for entertainment purposes โ€” the real answers come from you.

Can I request a feature?

Absolutely. Email us with the idea and how you'd use it โ€” many features start as user suggestions.
